Therefore, laying foundation stone was done by Mr.S.D.A.B.Boralessa, the Land commissioner General at the auspicious time felled in 9.27am on the 6th September 2007 under the distinguish patronage of Honorable Minister of Land and Land Development, Mr.Jeevan Kumaranathunga at the adjacent premises of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rajamalwatta Road, Battaramulla.
